Following guidance from my insurance company and government guidelines, I am now confident that it is safe to return to face to face work in my office space in Newport Pagnell. As we all know, things are moving rapidly and I will respond to any new guidance and restrictions as they may occur and keep you informed.
Please note that I may have to pass on your contact details under the new Track and Trace NHS/GOV requests. Please rest assured this would be on a need to know basis only, shared with no one else for any other purpose and is treated with respect and confidentiality within these services.
Please follow all of the guidelines set out by the NHS and government regarding hygiene, symptoms and safety measures. Please contact me immediately if you or someone in your household is displaying covid symptoms, you can always have your session online where possible.
On entering the building, please use the hand sanitiser to your left at the bottom of the stairs and follow the distancing advice on the notices in the building. I will collect you at your appointment time from the usual waiting area at the top of the stairs. I have conducted a deep clean of my office, and will clean the chairs and surfaces in between each appointment. Please would you bring your own bottle / drink should you wish, as I will not be able to provide this. Please also bring your own tissues and take away your own used ones.
I would like to avoid face coverings where possible as this feels disruptive to sessions; however I want to be sure we can work safely moving forward. I have looked into the current advice and my room allows for the distancing recommended and as an added precaution I have installed a screen. If however you would feel more comfortable wearing a face covering then please feel free to do so.
You will see a full risk assessment up on the wall.
I hope I have covered everything, however please do not hesitate to ask further questions about anything you are concerned about, as I want you to feel as comfortable and safe as ever in my room.
